Esther Knopfler began her journey as an Architectural Designer, completing her studies in Budapest, Hungary.
From an early stage, she was drawn to furniture design, captivated by the elegance of smaller proportions and the intimate scale of handcrafted pieces.

Six years ago, she relocated to the South of France, where she has worked on numerous interior design projects with her studio called STUDIO GOMBEE.
During one such project, she created a marble console table for a client, a design that marked a turning point in her career.
This experience awakened her passion for crafting luxury collectible pieces, combining her love for design with the artistry of sculptural furniture.
